When you are attaching PDFs in your portal, you can now attach them event-wide instead of going listing-by-listing.
This method will be available as long as the following criteria is met:
- Only one event at a time may be selected when using the Drag and Drop PDF Upload tool
- The section, row and seat information MUST match the information on the PDF exactly
Just select an event and right click on it, this will open up a context menu with the new option, "Add PDF for this Event..."
Once you click that option the portal will open a pop up window were you can drag PDFs to or choose the file location on your computer. Then hit "Continue" and the system will verify if there are matching listings.
Once you have the file uploaded the portal will now match the pages of the PDF to the listings for that event. Please note that this will only work if your listings are named exactly as on the PDF in the portal. This tool uses the full seat information found on the PDF to attach the appropriate page to the listings.
Once you have uploaded your PDFs click Agree and the system will attach them.
