How the Season Ticket Tool Works
Adding a Location's Seat Information Via the Portal
- Open the add inventory page in the DTI Portal

Click the ‘Add a season’ link on the left hand pane of the add inventory page.
- Note: This is the only way to access the seasons editor. If you wish to edit a season please access the same way.
Note: Upon opening the seasons editor any seasons with active listings will automatically be shown on the page.
- To add new season ticket location click the “Click to Add a location” banner at the top of the page

Use the season drop down list on the top left of the pane to select the season/team that you wish to add
- Note: You can type in this field to help filter your listings
- Fill out the rest of the fields with the information about your listings.

Click “Add New” once you are finished adding the information
- Note: Once you are finished adding locations(seat information) – you will be sent back to the original locations page
- Note: After a location it will be split into the individual games/events from the season. You can edit your pricing from the manage inventory view in the portal.
Viewing Locations (Seat Information) In the Portal

Click on the season you wish to see the locations for.
- Note: locations can be filtered using the filter boxes on the top of the page – simply type the name of the season or the category in the respective searchbox
Editing Locations (Seat Information) in the Portal

To edit a location click on the arrow for the listing to open the edit location pane.
- Note: For locations ONLY cost and disclosure can be edited for an existing location.
- Any other edits must be made by deleting the location and adding a new one. Edit the information in the text boxes and click save. Your edits will be made to all individual unsold listings in the season.
Deleting Locations (Seat Information) in the Portal

To Delete a location hit the “DELETE” – A prompt will pop up asking if you are sure you want to delete. All individual listings will then be sold to$0.
- Note: Deleting a location requires an additional authentication step. ONLY DELETE A LOCATION IF YOU ARE POSITIVE IT MUST BE REMOVED

What does the term ‘location’ referred to in the DTI Seasons Feature?
- A location is our word for the section/row/seat combination for your season tickets.
What does the term ‘season’ as referred to in the DTI Seasons Feature?
- A season is all of the games or events that have been added to the Season Event Manager on the DTI Management internal system. All games/events in the season event manager will have an individual listing for the location added to your portal.
What happens if a team does not have a season in the add locations interface?
- Please email members@dtimanagement.com. Our Member Services Team will assist you by getting the season added.
What if a game is missing or needs to be added to a season?
- Please email members@dtimanagement.com. Our Member Services Team will assist you by getting the season updated
What happens if I don’t want my Season Tickets split into individual games?
- Do not add the location for those seats. Any locations will automatically be split to all games included in a season.
How do I add mini‐plans or group tickets?
- At this time the feature does not support groups or mini‐plans. Please send these into members@dtimanagement.com
What information can I edit?

You can only edit the cost and the disclosures for a location. If you edit any of this information it will be changed on all of the individual listings.
