Requesting a Missing Event

If your event is not listed in the search, please notify DTI Member Services to get the event added. A quick and easy way to do this is to click the alert icon located in the search pane on the left hand side of the portal.



  • Event Name – the headliner or name of the event you need added to the portal
  • Venue – the venue where the event is taking place
  • Date – the date the event is taking place
  • Time – the time the event is taking place
  • Link to Primary – a link to the website where you purchased the tickets OR a link to the event page on StubHub.com. This information helps DTI quickly add your event and get your event mapped to all marketplaces.
