MANDATORY 1TICKET INTEGRATION / MEMBER BUY-IN RESPONSIBILITY
DTI will no longer be offering buy-in services for inventory that is available to be processed through 1Ticket. For all such inventory, members will have the option to:
- Leverage 1Ticket integration to automate the order processing and fulfillment process
- Utilize the buy-in and PDF attach functionality of the DTI Portal to manually list and fulfill

EXACT MATCH OF PRINTED TICKET INFORMATION AND LISTING DETAILS
DTI has deployed major technology advancements focused on making sure your listings are mapping quickly and accurately, and inventory is fulfilled without issue. In conjunction with these advancements, all inventory added onto the DTI platform must contain the exact information printed on the physical or electronic ticket.
ACCOUNT LOG-IN INFORMATION PRE-REQUISITE FOR LISTING SEASON TICKETS
In order for our team to buy in season tickets, all requests sent in for the listing of season tickets must be accompanied by valid login information. No activity will begin on the request until the credentials are provided.
Should you buy-in listings yourself through the portal, you must include the login information for the account in the Account Info field.
MANDATORY DEDICATED ACCOUNTS FOR DTI INVENTORY
In order to efficiently and effectively sell tickets on your behalf, all accounts shared with DTI must contain only inventory slated for sale on our platform. In support of this initiative, please note the following policy changes:
- Mixed Account Content: If you have tickets in a season ticket account that you do not plan on selling through the DTI Platform, they must be removed from any account that will be accessed by the DTI staff for downloading and fulfillment. This practice will eliminate the risk of DTI inadvertently invalidating tickets you wish to use or sell elsewhere by running the account. If you have mixed accounts, please ensure you take the following steps:
- Transfer tickets off of your account that you wish to sell elsewhere/use yourself
- Remove the mixed account from our management list and replace it with a clean account containing only tickets which are to be sold via the DTI platform
- Ticket Warehousing: Members may not use the DTI system to warehouse their tickets. If you have no intention of selling certain tickets through DTI, they must be removed from your portal immediately. Please remove the inventory from your portal utilizing the delete feature, or for larger requests with multiple events (e.g. a season ticket location), contact members@dtimanagement.com to remove the inventory on your behalf.
